谷子穴播排种器研究现状与展望 被引量:1

摘要 谷子被称为杂粮之首,是我国重要的杂粮作物。随着农业种植结构的调整和人民生活水平的日益提高,以谷子为代表的杂粮作物越来越受欢迎,人们逐渐认识到发展谷子产业的重要性。目前,我国谷子机械化程度较低,特别是谷子播种环节的机械化水平一直远远落后于整个谷子机械化发展水平,制约着谷子经济的发展。为此,介绍了谷子穴播的农艺性要求,总结了国内外谷子穴播排种器的发展现状,并针对目前谷子穴播过程中存在的问题,提出了一种气力机械组合式排种器,采用气吸辅助充种、气吹强制投种的解决方案,为后期谷子穴播排种器的研究提供参考。 Millet,known as the first grain,is an important grain crop in China.With the adjustment of the pattern of agricultural industry and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,grain represented by millet is more and more popular,people gradually realize the importance of developing millet industry.At present,the degree of mechanization of millet in our country is low,especially the mechanization level of millet sowing link has been far behind the development level of the whole millet mechanization,restricting the development of millet economy at home and abroad.Millet dibbling agronomic sex requirement were introduced in this paper,the millet dibbling at home and abroad are summarized the development of the status quo,in view of the present problems existing in the process of millet dibbling,puts forward the design of a pneumatic mechanical composite metering device,the suction seed filling,air blow forced to throw solution,for the late of millet dibbling research to provide the reference.
