摘要
农村教师是教育均衡而高质量发展和乡村振兴的重要力量和关键因素,而获得感是促进教师发展的动力源泉。依据马斯洛需求层次理论,结合农村教师现实情况分析,发现农村教师出现物质获得感弱、身份认同感低、受尊重感钝化、自我成就感差等问题。为全方位提升农村教师获得感,让农村教师安心从教、扎根基层,应提高农村教师待遇、增强身份认同、提升社会尊重和畅通职业发展。
Rural teachers are the important force and key factor of balanced and high-quality education development and rural revitalization,and the sense of gain is the source of power to promote the development of teachers.According to Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,combined with the analysis of the actual situation of rural teachers,it is found that rural teachers have weak sense of material gain,low sense of identity,passive sense of respect,poor sense of self-achievement and other problems.In order to enhance rural teachers’sense of gain in an all-round way and make them feel at ease to teach and take root in the grass-roots level,we should improve the income of rural teachers,enhance their identity,enhance social respect and facilitate their career development.
