摘要
为了探究振动挖掘对土壤扰动的影响,采用离散元方法建立振动挖掘工作部件模型进行挖掘仿真试验,同时结合高速摄影技术进行室内土槽试验,对比分析了不同位置土壤的微观运动及宏观扰动行为。试验结果表明:在挖掘过程中,土壤作业堆积角在16°左右;土壤的扰动范围随土壤与挖掘铲之间的距离增大而减小;在挖掘范围内,土壤的运动速度随土壤与挖掘铲之间距离增大而逐渐减少。在土壤破溃试验中,土壤在靠近挖掘铲前方区域、挖掘铲上方位置和挖掘铲后端位置分别呈现出开始产生少量裂缝、裂缝变宽变多到疏松塌陷的变化过程。
In order to explore the influence of vibration digging on soil disturbance, the discrete element method is used to establish the working part model of vibration digging for mining simulation test. And the indoor soil trough test with high-speed photography technology. The micro movement and the macro disturbance behavior of the soil at different positions were compared and analyzed. The results show that the angle of repose is about 16 degrees in the process of excavation;The disturbance range of the soil decreases with the increase of the distance between the soil and the digging shovel;In the range of excavation, the velocity of soil motion decreases with the increase of the distance between the soil and the digging shovel. In the soil failure test, the soil in different areas of the excavation shovel, such as the front area, the area above the front and the area above the back, respectively, presents the change process from a small amount of cracks, cracks widening and more to loose collapse.
