摘要
美好乡村建设是一项大的系统工程,对于皖江城市带乡村地区实现人与自然、人与社会的和谐相处,以及该地区农村的经济、环境、文化的可持续发展有着重要的意义,是推动农村地区农民幸福指数的重要力量。皖江城市带美好乡村建设中存在建设资金短缺、规划不科学、建设主体参与不足以及乡风文明建设质量不高等问题,政府应编制科学合理的乡村建设规划,加大财政投入,发展乡村经济,用产业支撑美好乡村建设,同时应充分发挥农民的主体地位,提高农民的文化素养,努力推进乡风文明建设。
The construction of beautiful countryside is a big systematic project,which is of great significance to the realization of harmonious coexistence between man and nature,man and society in the rural area of Wanjiang urban belt,as well as the sustainable development of economy,environment and culture in the rural areas in this region.It is also an important force to promote the happiness index of farmers in rural areas.It is found that there are some problems in the construction of beautiful countryside in Wanjiang urban belt,such as shortage of construction fund,unscientific planning,insufficient participation of construction subjects and low quality of the construction of township civilization.
