摘要
目的:了解和掌握赣州市章贡区2017—2019年8~10岁学龄儿童碘营养现状,为碘缺乏病防治工作和科学适量摄碘提供科学依据。方法:按照《全国碘缺乏病监测方案(2016)版)》对章贡区600名8~10岁学龄儿童的尿碘及其家中碘盐含量检测结果进行分析。结果:2017—2019年儿童尿碘中位数分别为181.05μg·L^(-1)、224.50μg·L^(-1)和226.85μg·L^(-1),<100μg·L^(-1)的比例分别为21.5%、9.00%、12.50%,≥300μg·L^(-1)的比例分别为17.50%、25.50%、19.00%。2017—2019年儿童家中盐碘中位数分别为23.40 mg·kg^(-1)、20.73 mg·kg^(-1)和24.50 mg·kg^(-1),碘盐覆盖率均在97.00%以上,合格碘盐食用率均在90.00%以上。结论:2017—2019年赣州市章贡区碘盐合格率较高,8~10岁学龄儿童的碘营养大部分处于良好状况,但还应继续加强监督监测,广泛开展健康教育和宣传,使各项有效的防治举措落到实处。
Objective:To investigate the iodine nutrition status of school-age children aged 8-10 years in Zhanggong dis⁃trict,Ganzhou from 2017 to 2019,and to provide scientific basis for prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disor⁃ders(idd)and appropriate iodine intake.Methods:The results of urine iodine and iodized salt in 600 school-age chil⁃drenaged 8-10 in Zhanggong district were analyzed according to the national iodine deficiency disorders surveillance program(2016 edition).Results:From 2017 to 2019,the median urinary iodine of children was 181.05μg·L^(-1),224.50μg·L^(-1) and 226.85μg·L^(-1);the proportion of<100μg·L^(-1)was 21.5%,9.00%,12.50%,and the proportion of≥300μg·L^(-1) was 17.50%,25.50%and 19.00%respectively.From 2017 to 2019,the median iodine content of salt in childre's families was 23.40 mg·kg^(-1),20.73 mg·kg^(-1) and 24.50 mg·kg^(-1) respectively.The coverage rate of iodized salt was above 97.00%and the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt was above 90.00%.Conclusion:From 2017 to 2019,the qualified rate of iodized salt in Zhanggong district of Ganzhou city is high,and most of the school-age children aged 8-10 are in good condition of iodine nutrition,but further supervision and monitoring,extensive health education and publicity should be carried out,so as to implement various effective prevention and control measures.
