废弃水基钻屑固井水泥浆的制备及经济性评价

摘要 从石油工业运用水基钻井液开始,钻屑就应孕而生,因此,水基钻屑合理化处理是业内从业人员不得不面对的问题。当前,水基钻屑无害化处理主要有填埋、注入安全层、砖窑焚烧法及加固化剂固化等方式,就目前几种水基钻屑的处理方法来看,存在的弊端是显而易见的。文章主要研究了泥质水基钻屑对水泥浆基础性能的影响,实验表明经过处理的水基钻屑配置固井水泥浆的可行性是毋庸置疑的,所制备的岩屑水泥浆,其性能能够满足普通油气井技术套管固井作业的要求,该项技术可以对水基钻屑安全处置,实现废物资源化利用,同时还可以达到节约土地的目的,对于保护环境、科学发展的贡献意义深远。 Since the petroleum industry began to use water-based drilling fluids,drill cuttings were born.Therefore,the rationalization of water-based drill cuttings is a problem that practitioners in the industry have to face.At present,the harmless treatment of water-based drill cuttings mainly includes landfill,injecting a safety layer,brick kiln incineration,and curing with curing agents,etc.This article mainly studies the influence of muddy water-based drilling cuttings on the basic performance of cement slurry.The experiments show that the feasibility of the treated water-based drilling cuttings with cementing cement slurry is unquestionable.The prepared cuttings cement slurry can meet the requirements of ordinary oil and gas well technology casing cementing operations.This technology can safely dispose of water-based drill cuttings and realize the utilization of waste resources.At the same time,it can also achieve the purpose of saving land.It has far-reaching contributions to environmental protection and scientific development.
