前处理方法对电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定植物样品中无机元素的影响 被引量:4

摘要 样品的前处理方法直接影响无机元素测定结果的准确性。文章探讨了湿法消解、干法灰化和微波消解等3种前处理方法对植物样品中无机元素测定的影响,利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)测定钙、铬、铜、铁、钾、镁、锰、钠、磷、锶、锌等11个元素的含量,采用具有代表性的国家标准物质GBW10015,GBW10020,GBW07602,GBW07603,GBW07604,GBW07605进行验证,并与标准参考值进行比较。实验结果表明,3种消解方法的消解效果均能满足日常测定的需要,标准物质测定结果与参考值较接近。微波消解法的测定结果较干法消解和湿法消解更接近标准推荐值,前处理过程受环境影响最小。微波消解法相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.66%~10.80%,回收率为92.0%~109.0%,各元素的检出限在0.075~0.690 mg/L。综合比较,微波消解方法具有简单快速、准确度高、重现性好等优点,能够满足植物样品快速测定要求,为植物样品的深入研究提供可靠的基础数据。 The pretreatment of samples directly affects the accuracy of the determination of inorganic elements.The effects of three pretreatment methods,wet digestion,dry ashing and microwave digestion on the determination of inorganic elements in plant samples are discussed.The content of calcium,chromium,copper,iron,potassium,magnesium,manganese,sodium,phosphorus,strontium and zinc are determined by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer(ICP-AES).The results are verified by GBW10015,GBW10020,GBW07602,GBW07603,GBW07604,GBW07605 and compared with the reference values.Compared with dry digestion and wet digestion,the results of microwave digestion are closer to the standard recommended value,and the pretreatment process is least affected by environment.The relative standard deviations(RSD)of the three digestion methods are 1.66%-10.80%,the recovery is 92.0%-109.0%,and the detection limit of each element is between 0.075-0.690 mg/L.Comprehensive comparison,microwave digestion method has the advantages of simple and fast,high accuracy,good reproducibility and so on.It can meet the requirements of rapid determination of plant samples and provide reliable basic data for in-depth study of plant samples.
