摘要
针对选煤厂煤泥水沉降效果差的问题,通过优化煤泥水沉降条件来提高其沉降效果。利用煤泥水沉降试验,考察煤泥水浓度、pH和阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺(NPAM)用量对煤泥水沉降效果的影响,在此基础上采用Box-Behnken Design响应面法(RSM-BBD)进行条件优化试验,建立响应面回归模型,研究煤泥水浓度、pH、NPAM用量及其交互作用对煤泥水沉降综合指标的影响。结果表明,煤泥灰分为59.46%,粒度小于26.85μm的煤泥颗粒占90%,且黏土类矿物含量高;煤泥水浓度对综合指标的影响最大,煤泥水浓度与NPAM用量的交互作用对综合指标的影响最显著;优化后沉降条件为煤泥水浓度45g/L,p H值9,NPAM用量2.2mL,此时综合指标为3.64cm/(s·NTU),与预测值3.68cm/(s·NTU)非常接近。
Aiming at the poor settlement effect of slime water in coal preparation plant,the settlement effect of slime water was improved by optimizing the settlement condition of slime water. The slime water settlement test was carried out to investigate the influence of the slime water concentration,p H and the amount of anionic polyacrylamide on the slime water settlement effect.On this basis,box-Behnken Design response surface method( RSM-BBD) was used to carry out conditional optimization tests,and a response surface regression model was established to study the influence of slime water concentration,p H,NPAM dosage and their interactions on the comprehensive index of slime water settlement. The results show that the coal ash content is59. 46%,90% of the coal slime particles are smaller than 26. 85μm,and the content of clay minerals is high. The concentration of slime water has the greatest influence on the comprehensive index, and the interaction between the concentration of slime water and NPAM dosage has the most significant influence on the comprehensive index;after optimization,the settlement conditions are as follows: coal slime water concentration is 45 g/L,p H is 9,NPAM dosage is2. 2 mL,and then the comprehensive index is 3. 64 m/( s·NTU),which is very close to the predicted value of 3. 68 m/( s·NTU).
