摘要
加工中心设计采用PLC技术,能够提升自身的换刀和选刀效率。基于PLC的控制系统拥有良好的稳定性与操作性,能够降低能耗,缩小误差。因此,本文探讨了基于PLC的加工中心控制设计。首先概述PLC的应用领域和优点,然后探讨基于PLC的换刀控制,再阐述基于PLC的加工中心控制系统特点,最后分析具体的控制设计。
The machining center design adopts PLC technology,which can improve its own tool change and tool selec⁃tion efficiency.The PLC-based control system has good stability and operability,which can reduce energy consump⁃tion and reduce errors.Therefore,this paper discussed the control design of the machining center based on PLC.In the meantime,it first summarized the application fields and advantages of PLC,then discussed the PLC-based tool change control,then elaborated the characteristics of the PLC-based machining center control system,and finally an⁃alyzed the specific control design.
