摘要
以某型号智能烟雾报警器为实例,分析了塑件的结构尺寸形状和成型要求。根据使用条件,选择了合适的成型材料,设计了合理的浇注及冷却系统。根据塑件及材料特性,选择了合适的模具零件加工材料。基于计算机辅助技术,利用Creo三维建模软件的模具设计模块,设计了分型面、顶出机构、导向和夹紧机构,介绍了模具的工作过程,为其他类似注塑模具的设计提供了参考。
Taking a certain type of intelligent smoke alarm as an example,the structure,size,shape and molding requirements of plastic parts were analyzed.According to the conditions of use,a suitable molding material was selected,and a reasonable gating and cooling system was designed.According to the characteristics of plastic parts and materials,suitable materials for mold parts processing were selected.Based on computer-aided technology,the mold design module of Creo 3D modeling software was used,and the parting surface,ejector mechanism,guide and clamping mechanism were designed.Finally,the working process of the mold was introduced,which provided reference for the design of other similar injection molds.
