摘要
针对某超超临界机组金属监督信息量大、管理效率低的问题,通过Eclipse+Java技术开发平台,采用前后端分离的分布式微服务架构,建立四大管道的金属监督数据管理平台系统。结合电厂金属监督的特点,提出四大管道金属监督管理系统要实现的主要功能;建立七层级的系统架构,设计四个主要的应用系统;实现金属监督手段的数据化、计算机化的管理。系统囊括了四大管道受监部件的原材料情况、配管加工信息、焊接情况、无损检测情况、缺陷情况等,并可自动生成金属监督检验计划表及金属监督检测报告,通过三维数字建模可以直观展示出受监督部件的所有信息,给金属监督提供方便快捷的方法。
In view of the large amount of metal supervision information and low management efficiency of one ultra⁃supercritical unit,using a distributed micro⁃service architecture with separation of front and back ends,a metal supervision management system of four pipelines was established through the Eclipse and Java technology development platform.Firstly,combined with the characteristics of power plant metal supervision,the main functions to be realized by the four pipelines metal supervision and management systems are proposed;then,a seven⁃level system architecture is established and four main application systems are designed;finally,metal supervision methods are realized data and computerized management.The system includes the raw material status,piping processing information,welding status,non⁃destructive testing status,defect status of the four pipelines,and can automatically generate the metal supervision and inspection plan and reports.Through three⁃dimensional digital modeling,all information of the supervised components can be displayed,which provided a more convenient and efficient method for metal supervision and management.
