摘要
差异网格数据映射计算是实现工艺链模拟的核心技术,其映射算法效率是工艺链模拟技术能否普及的关键瓶颈。尤其是采用形函数法实现3D六面体网格数据映射时,需求解非线性方程组计算线性六面体网格局部映射位置坐标。此时,循环迭代求解计算量大,影响数据映射传递效率。针对该问题,该研究提出一种单元分解比例系数计算方法,用直接计算替代循环迭代搜索求解,并对典型结构的差异六面体网格应力结果数据进行了数据映射传递实验。结果表明,该研究方法能够保证网格数据传递精度,减少程序循环次数,可进一步应用于工艺链模拟技术。
One of the crucial technology for simulation of process chain is to realize effectively mapping and passing of the simulation results between differential element model.That is especially hard for the 3D hexahedral elements,which need the iterative computation to figure out the nonlinear equations for the mapping position in local coordinate system when using shape function method.While this increase the computation routine cycles and affect its data passing efficiency.To solve the problem,this paper developed the data passing routines and provided a new direct method to avoid the nonlinear equations,which reduced the routine cycles.Two data passing examples were achieved and the mapped simulation results are consistent with the source simulation data,which conclude the method could be applied for the simulation of process chain.
