多元胶凝材料体系对RPC力学性能的影响研究

摘要 与普通混凝土相比,活性粉末混凝土(RPC)具有超高强度和高耐久性。以昌赣客运专线铁路桥梁人行道挡板、盖板采用RPC130混凝土为背景,讨论水泥、粉煤灰、矿渣粉、硅灰多元胶凝材料体系中各类材料的占比对RPC混凝土力学性能的影响。试验结果表明:多元胶凝材料体系中各类材料最佳占比为:水泥67%、粉煤灰9.5%、矿渣粉9.5%、硅灰14%;多元胶凝材料体系中各种材料的不同粒径大小可以相互填充,减少颗粒间空隙,有效改善胶凝材料的堆积密实度;通过高温蒸汽养护,粉煤灰和矿渣粉的掺入对RPC混凝土强度影响不大;在RPC中掺入粉煤灰和矿渣粉能够降低成本,改善混凝土工作性和防收缩开裂,在工程实际中具有较好的应用前景。 Compared with ordinary concrete,reactive powder concrete(RPC)is of ultra-high strength and high durability.Based on RPC130 concrete used for pavement baffle and cable slot cover of bridge in Nanchang-Ganzhou High-speed Railway,the author discussed the influence of the proportion of various materials in the multi-cementitious material system consisting of cement,fly ash,slag powder and silica fume on the mechanical properties of RPC concrete.Experimental studies have shown that:the optimum proportion of various materials in the system of multi-element cementitious materials is:cement 67%,fly ash 9.5%,slag powder 9.5%,silica fume 14%;the different particle sizes of various materials in the multi-element cementitious material system can be filled with each other to reduce the voids between the particles,and effectively improve the packing compactness of the cementitious material;by steam curing at high temperature,incorporation of fly ash and slag powder has little effect on the strength of RPC.concrete;adding fly ash and slag powder into RPC can reduce cost,improve the workability of concrete and prevent shrinkage cracking,which has a good application prospect in engineering practice.
