摘要
目的观察多元化护理教学在实习护生带教中的应用效果。方法选取2017年12月—2019年12月在中国医科大学附属盛京医院实习的60例护生作为本次研究对象,根据时间段的不同分为常规组与观察组,每组30名。观察2组护生的考核情况以及护生对带教方法的满意度。结果观察组护生理论考试成绩、实践操作成绩、综合技能成绩分数均高于常规组护生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组护生对带教方法满意度有着显著差异,且观察组护生学习主动性、带教连贯性、师生沟通性、知识实用性满意度高于常规组护生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在实习护生带教中应用多元化护理教学效果显著,可以考虑推广。
Objective To observe the application effect of diversified nursing teaching in the teaching of practical nursing students.Methods Sixty nursing students who practiced in Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University from December 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the objects of this study.According to the different time periods,they were divided into the routine group and the observation group,with 30 nursing students in each group.The assessment of the two groups of nursing students and their satisfaction with the teaching methods were observed.Results The scores of theoretical examination,practical operation and comprehensive skills in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing students in the observation group were more satisfied with learning initiative,teaching consistency,teacher-student communication,and knowledge practicability than the nursing students in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of diversified nursing teaching in the teaching of practical nursing students is effective and can be considered to be popularized.
