摘要
人们对于可持续发展环保观念的重视,使得绿色制造技术也逐渐映入大众视野,以其节约环境与经济成本、促进生态文明建设的突出优势,成为关注的焦点内容之一。在追求健康环保的生活方式的同时,人们对于制作工艺尤其是绿色制造技术提出了更高层次的要求。本文从绿色制造的概念内涵出发,对金属加工中刀具的选择原则、建议以及绿色刀具的设计要求进行了简要介绍,以期可以为相关的理论与技术工作者提供基本的借鉴与参考。
People attach great importance to the concept of sustainable development and environmental protection,so that green manufacturing technology has gradually come into the public vision,with its outstanding advantages of saving environmental and economic costs and promoting the construction of ecological civilization,has become one of the focus of attention.In the pursuit of a healthy and environmentally friendly way of life,people have put forward higher requirements for the manufacturing technology,especially the green manufacturing technology.Based on the concept of green manufacturing,this paper briefly introduces the selection principles,suggestions and design requirements of green cutting tools in metal working,in order to provide basic reference and reference for related theoretical and technical workers.
