摘要
为了在震后初期物资缺乏、路网损毁的情况下,充分利用现有运输工具,更好地满足多受灾点的需求,基于应急物资的时效性以及需求点的需求紧迫程度的不同,建立了震后初期多模式、多目标的空陆联运中转调度模型。构建等效距离公式以应对路网损毁程度对物资调度的影响,然后通过算例验证了模型的有效性和可行性。结果表明:决策者可以通过建立合适的中转点,使运输工具与道路损毁程度相匹配,实现高效物资运输;引入物资的时效性以及需求点的需求紧迫程度的模型,可以根据物资的特性以及需求点的优先级实现应急物资的有效调度。
In order to make full use of the existing transportation tools and better meet the needs of multiple disaster sites,based on the timeliness of emergency supplies and the difference in the urgency of the demand points,a multi-mode,multi-objective air and land transport transit scheduling was established in the early post-earthquake period model.The equivalent distance formula is constructed to deal with the impact of the damage degree of the road network on the material dispatch,and then the effectiveness and feasibility of the model are verified by an example.The results show that:decision-makers can establish a suitable transfer point to match the means of transportation to the degree of road damage;introducing a model of the timeliness of materials and the urgency of demand points,the effective dispatch of emergency materials can be realized according to the characteristics of materials and the priority of demand points.
