摘要
目的:探讨中药超声雾化联合耳穴压豆治疗过敏性结膜炎的效果观察。方法:选取广东省中西医结合医院2018年1月-2019年1月收治的60例过敏性结膜炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表的方法分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例),其中对照组采取局部点色甘酸钠滴眼液等常规治疗,而观察组则在对照组基础上采取中药超声雾化联合耳穴压豆治疗,分别对两组患者的临床疗效、眼痒评分及炎症水平进行客观的比较。结果:观察组临床总有效率为93.33%(28/30),对照组临床总有效率为70.00%(21/30),两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前IL-4、IL-5和IL-13比较差异无统计意义(P>0.05),治疗后IL-4、IL-5和IL-13比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的临床症状和体征指标积分比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05),其中观察组治疗后改善情况更优于对照组。结论:中药超声雾化联合耳穴压豆治疗过敏性结膜炎的临床疗效确切,且在一定程度上改善了患者的临床症状以及炎症水平,具有推广优势。
Objective:To explore the effect observation of traditional Chinese medicine ultrasonic atomization combined with auricular point pressing bean on allergic conjunctivitis.Methods:60 cases of allergic conjunctivitis treated in Guangdong Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were divided into the observation group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases)according to the method of random number table.The control group was treated with local dot-color sodium glycolate eye drops,while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine ultrasonic atomization combined with auricular point pressing bean on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy,eye itch score and inflammation level of the two groups were compared objectivelys.Results:The total clinical effective rate was 93.33% in the observation group and 70.00% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in IL-4,IL-5 and IL-13 between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but there were statistically significant differences in IL-4,IL-5 and IL-13 between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,there was a statistically significant difference in the scores of clinical symptoms and signs between the two groups(P<0.05),and the improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:traditional Chinese medicine ultrasonic atomization combined with auricular point pressing bean has definite clinical efficacy on allergic conjunctivitis and it relieves the clinical symptoms and inflammation level of the patients to a certain extent,which has the advantage of promotion.
