摘要
目的:分析对子宫内膜息肉进行宫腔镜息肉摘除术的效果。方法:本次研究择取2017年5月~2019年5月本院收治的120例子宫内膜息肉患者作为研究对象,根据数字表随机分为对照组与研究组,对照组治疗方法为常规开放手术,研究组治疗方法为宫腔镜息肉摘除术,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组手术时长、手术出血量、抗生素应用时长均比对照组少,研究组血红蛋白含量、月经量、子宫内膜厚度均优于对照组,且研究组复发率低于对照组,受孕率高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:针对于子宫内膜息肉患者可优先考虑应用宫腔镜息肉摘除术治疗,其效果十分显著。
Objective:To analyze the effect of hysteroscopic polypectomy for endometrial polyps.Methods:120 cases of endometrial polyps in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects in this study.According to the digital table,they were randomly divided into control group and study group.The treatment method of the control group was conventional open surgery,and the treatment method of the study group was hysteroscopic polypectomy.The treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the operation time,bleeding volume and antibiotic application time of the study group were less,the hemoglobin content,menstrual volume and endometrial thickness of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the pregnancy rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with endometrial polyps,hysteroscopic polypectomy should be given priority,and its effect is very significant.
