摘要
为深入研究载机在全包线发射条件下的导弹分离安全性,针对一种新型的双平行四边形弹射构型,采用基于ABAQUS和ADAMS的联合多柔体发射动力学仿真方法,得到导弹分离速度、角速度、过载、关键部件的动态载荷及弹架系统横向变形量。仿真结果表明,横向过载对弹架分离安全性、武器与载机的结构相容性有重大影响,并在此基础上提出一种优化弹架系统横向变形量的方法。
In order to study the missile separation safety under the condition of full envelope launch,a new type of double parallelogram ejection configuration is adopted in this paper.The combined flexible multi-body launching dynamics simulation method based on ABAQUS and ADAMS is used to obtain the missile separation velocity,angular velocity,overload,dynamic load of key components and lateral deformation of missile carrier system.The simulation results show that the lateral overload has a significant impact on the separation safety of missile carrier and the structural compatibility of weapon and carrier.On this basis,a method to optimize the lateral deformation of missile carrier system is proposed.
