摘要
相变增韧的纳米氧化锆陶瓷由于其高强度和高韧性,以及优异耐磨损、抗刮痕、耐腐蚀、绝缘等特点,且对5G信号屏蔽小,又便于无线充电,因而成为5G时代手机背板的最佳选择。此外,纳米氧化锆陶瓷还具有温润如玉的质感和丰富多彩的颜色,融合了陶瓷材料优异力学性能和美学特质,从而在国内外品牌手机背板上得到越来越多的应用。详细综述了近十余年来从传统手机到智能手机及步入5G通信时代,纳米氧化锆陶瓷在手机背板上的应用与发展状况。
Nano zirconia ceramics toughened by phase transformation have become the best choice for mobile phone backboards in the 5G era due to their high strength and toughness,with excellent wear resistance,scratch resistance,corrosion resistance,insulation,etc.,as well as small shielding of 5G signals and easy wireless charging.In addition,nano-zirconia ceramics also have jade-like textures and colorful colors,they combine the excellent mechanical properties and aesthetic characteristics of ceramic materials,which have been demonstrated to be widely used on the backboards of domestic and foreign brand mobile phones.In this paper,the application and development of nano-zirconia ceramics on mobile phone backboards,from traditional mobile phones to smart phones and into the 5G communication era,in the past decades are reviewed in detail.
