摘要
当前,不少上市公司尝试采用股权激励方法对高管、技术员工进行激励,但在操作过程中又遇到了各种各样的问题。针对此,本文借鉴上市公司股权激励方法,对照非上市公司股权激励实施过程,找出其中存在的主要问题,如激励方案有失科学性、股权配置不当、资金支付不及时、激励缺乏持久性等,并针对上述问题提出有针对性地解决对策和建议,以期为非上市公司提供有益参考和指导。
At present,many listed companies try to use the equity incentive method to motivate executives and technical employees,but they encounter various problems in the process of operation.In view of this,this paper draws lessons from the equity incentive methods of listed companies,compares the implementation process of equity incentive of non-listed companies,fi nds out the main problems,such as unscientifi c incentive scheme,improper allocation of equity,untimely payment of funds,lack of persistence of incentive,etc.,and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions to solve the above problems,in order to provide useful reference and guidance for non-listed companies.
