萧山地区5553例28种过敏原IgE抗体检测结果分析 被引量:6

Analysis of IgE antibody detection in 5553 cases of 28 allergens in Xiaoshan area

摘要 目的 了解萧山地区过敏性疾病患者吸入性过敏原和食物性过敏原特异性IgE抗体分布特点,为过敏性疾病防治提供参考。方法 以2019年6月1日-2020年3月31日在杭州市萧山区第一人民医院就诊的过敏性患者5 553例为试验对象。采用免疫印迹法检测血清过敏原特异性Ig E抗体。结果 5 553例过敏性患者中,吸入性过敏原以户尘螨检出率最高,为27. 26%,食物过敏原以牛奶检出率最高,为11. 69%。屋尘螨/粉尘螨、混合草、牛奶、鸡蛋白、龙虾/扇贝在男性中的发病率均高于女性(P <0. 05)。屋尘螨/粉尘螨、鸡蛋白、牛奶、龙虾/扇贝在儿童中的阳性率均高于成年人(P <0. 05),混合草、葎草在儿童中的阳性率均低于成年人(P <0. 05)。结论 萧山地区吸入过敏原以户尘螨较常见,食物过敏原以牛奶较常见。过敏原血清学检测可为过敏性疾病的诊断、预防和治疗提供帮助。 Objective To investigate the distribution characteristics of speeifie IgE antibodies in the sera of patients with aller gic diseases against inhaled allergens and food allergens in Xiaoshan area,and provide strategies for the prevention and treal-ment of allergic diseases.Methods A total of 5553 patients who were diagnosed with alergie disease in the First People's Hospital of Xiaoshan District,Hangzhou from June 1,2019 to March 31,2020 were selected as the subjects.The allergen-specifie IgE antibodies in serum were detected by W esterm botting.Results Among 5553 patients with allergic disease,household dust mite had the highest positive rate of 27.26%among the inhaled alrgens,and milk had the highest positive rate of 11.69%among the food allergens.The incidence of house dust mite/dust mite,mixed grass,milk,egg white,and lobster/scallop were higher in males than that in females(P<0.05);the positive rates of house dust mite/dust mite,egg white,milk,lobster/scallop were higher in children than that in adults(P<0.05),and the positive rates of Humulus scandens and Humu-lus scandens in children were lower than those in adults(P<0.05).Conclusion Dust mite is the most common inhaled aller-gen in Xiaoshan area while milk is the most common food allergen.Serological tests of allergens can be helpful for the diagnosis,prevention and treatment of allergic diseases.
