摘要
随着我国老龄化程度的加深,全社会对老年专业护理人才的需求越来越大,高职院校护理专业招生规模不断增加。高职护理专业课程应转换教学理念,加强教学改革,提升授课效果。在《老年护理学》课程教学中,理论教学采用案例教学法、多媒体教学、角色扮演、翻转课堂、线上学习等,实训教学采用体验式教学、制订老年人健康指导计划、手工作业、志愿者服务技能竞赛等,这一系列多元化教学方法的运用,能够有效提升学生的临床应用能力。
With the deepening of aging in China,there is an increasing demand for professional nursing talents for the elderly,and the enrollment scale of nursing major in higher vocational colleges is increasing.It is necessary to change the teaching concept,strengthen the teaching reform and improve the teaching effect in higher vocational nursing courses instruction.In the teaching of“Geriatric Nursing”,case teaching method,multimedia teaching,role playing,flipped classroom,online learning and so on are adopted in theoretical teaching;meanwhile,practical teaching adopts experiential teaching,making health guidance plan for the elderly,manual work,volunteer service skills competition and so on.As a result,the application of a series of diversified teaching methods can effectively improve students’clinical application ability.
