摘要
以缩水甘油醚-丙酮为稀释剂,研发了环保型环氧浆材,浆材和固结体均达到了无毒级别。同时,通过向环氧浆材中添加碳纳米管,可显著提高固结体的强度和韧性。某水电站尾水锥管脱空处理表明,碳纳米管改性环氧灌浆材料适合于混凝土与钢结构接触缝的化学灌浆处理,可供类似工程处理参考。
Using glycidyl ether acetone as diluent,an environment friendly epoxy slurry is developed,and both the slurry and the solidified body reaches the non-toxic level.At the same time,by adding carbon nanotubes to the epoxy paste,the strength and toughness of the consolidated body can be significantly improved.The cavity treatment of the conical draft tube of some hydropower station shows that the carbon nanotube modified epoxy grouting material is suitable for chemical grouting of the contact joint between concrete and steel structure,which can be used as a reference for similar projects.
