摘要
从专利分析的角度,对入选环境科学与工程专业“一流学科”的9所高校进行专利成果的综合评价。从专利申请量、专利授权量、国外专利申请量、主要技术领域、专利强度以及转移转化等不同维度进行剖析,以期为交叉应用型学科的学科评估和高校一流学科建设提供参考。文章研究结果显示,2000年以来9所高校环境类专利申请数量总体呈持续上升趋势,全球布局占比较低,专利成果转移转化有待进一步提高,综合型院校北京大学、清华大学和南京大学的高价值专利总体占比较高。9所高校在水处理技术领域专利布局相对完善,但固体废物处理和土壤修复等技术领域专利布局则有待加强。
From the perspective of patent analysis,this paper comprehensively evaluates the patent achievements of nine universities selected as the"first-class disciplines"of environmental science and engineering.This paper analyzes the quantity of patent application,the quantity of patent authorization,the quantity of foreign patent application,the main technical field,the intensity of patent and the transfer and transformation in order to provide reference for the discipline evaluation of cross-applied disciplines and the"first-class discipline"construction of universities.The results show that the number of environmental patent applications in the nine universities has been increasing since 2000,but the global distribution is relatively low,and the transfer of patent achievements needs further improvement.And Beijing University,Tsinghua University and Nanjing University own the most high-value patents.The patent layout of the nine universities in the field of water treatment technology is relatively perfect,but the patent layout in the field of solid waste treatment and soil remediation needs to be strengthened.
