摘要
双馈式风力发电机组主要由叶轮、轴系、齿轮箱、发电机等大部件组成,各大部件的正确组装,可以保证双馈式发电机组长时、高效地进行发电。在整个风力发电机组系统中,任何一个环节出现问题,都会导致整个系统的失效。不仅要全方位地保证各个部件安全、有效,同时还要通过设计角度、工艺角度、质量保证角度等方面,保证各部件连接的安全有效。整个系统各部件、各部件连接的可靠性,是保证整个风力发电机组可靠运行的前提。其中,轴系与齿轮箱的连接在整个发电机组的装配过程中起到非常重要的作用,低速端叶轮的转速通过轴系传递给齿轮箱,再通过齿轮箱进行增速,齿轮箱高速端通过联轴器与发电机进行连接,从而进行发电。文章主要研究齿轮箱异常摆动对接对整个风力发电机组的影响及解决方案。
Dual-feed wind turbine generator is mainly composed of impeller,shaft system,gearbox,generator and other major components.The correct assembly of the major components can ensure the dual-feed wind turbine generator’s long-time,efficient power generation.Any problem in the whole wind turbine system will cause the failure of the whole system.Therefore,it is necessary not only to ensure the safety and effectiveness of each component but also to ensure the safety and effectiveness of each component connection from the angles of design,process and quality assurance.The reliability of the components and the connection of the components of the whole system is the premise to ensure the reliable operation of the whole wind turbine generator set.Among the above,the connection between the shaft system and the gearbox plays a very important role in the assembly process of the whole generator set.The speed of the lowspeed end impeller is transmitted to the gearbox through the shaft system,and then the speed is increased through the gearbox.The high-speed end of the gearbox is connected with the generator through the coupling so as to generate electricity.This paper mainly studies the influence of gear box abnormal swing docking on the whole wind turbine generator set and its solution.
