超高索塔一体化智能建造施工技术及试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 以深中通道伶仃洋大桥为背景,基于液压爬模技术融合现代工厂化建造制造理念,提出了适用于超高索塔的一体化智能建造施工设备及配套施工技术,并针对该设备及相关工艺进行现场试验研究。通过试验研究发现,一体化智能筑塔机在其智能化、多功能的基础上具有良好的安全性与稳定性,整体爬升同步性良好、流畅无碍且速度较快。该项技术将大大减小超高索塔作业人员数量并降低作业强度、保障作业安全,进一步提高桥塔建造品质。 With the deployment and planning of the long-span bridge across a river and an ocean via one span,the outstanding problems such as large labor demand and poor operating conditions are still prominent in the construction process of long-span and ultra-high cable towers.Taking the Lingdingyang Bridge of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link Project as the background,based on the hydraulic climbing formwork and modern factory production concept,the integrated intelligent construction equipment and construction technology applicable to the ultra-high towers are proposed,and the field test simulation research is carried out.Through experimental studies,it is found that the integrated intelligent tower construction equipment has fine safety and stability on the basis of intelligence and multi-function,and the overall climb synchronization is good,smooth and fast.This technology will significantly reduce the number of operators,reduce the work difficulty,ensure the work safety,and further improve the quality of bridge tower construction.
