全自动转杯纺染色筒子的成形制备和染色效果研究 被引量:2

摘要 文章探讨了在转杯纺设备上制备染色筒子的工艺,通过对卷绕角度、摇架压力和卷绕张力的调节,研究了筒子的最佳成形工艺,并对染色筒子的内外色差进行分析。结果表明:全自动Autocoro转杯纺纱机可以制备直接用来染色的筒子,通过调整各项工艺参数以及采用数字卷绕方式,制备的筒子外观成形良好并且染色后外观无乱层,内外层的DEcmc色差很小。 This paper discusses the dyeing cheese preparation on rotor spinning equipment.By adjusting winding angle,cradle pressure and winding tension,the paper carries out research on the best molding process of the cheeses,and compares the color difference between the inside and outside of the dyed cheeses.Result indicated that the fully automatic rotor spinning frame Autocoro can prepare cheeses for direct dyeing.By adjusting various process parameters and adopting digital winding,the appearance of the prepared cheeses is well formed and without messy layer after dyeing,and the DEcmc color difference value of the inner and outer layers is small.
