摘要
基于积极心理学理论,教师可从积极的心态和行为出发,发现和解读幼儿的天性。而幼儿的天性是兴趣教育的起点,教师可通过集体化教学、个性化教学激发与引导幼儿的天性,以环境创设、直接推动和间接引导相结合、集体性教学和个性化教育相结合、课内和课外相结合、家园共育等方式,探索幼儿兴趣培养策略。
Based on the theory of positive psychology, teachers can discover and interpret the nature of children from the positive mentality and behavior. The nature of children is the starting point of interest education. Teachers can explore the strategies of interest education for children by means of collective teaching, individualized teaching, and by combining environment creation, direct promotion and indirect guidance, collective teaching and individualization, personalized education,in class and extracurricular education, and home-kindergarten education.
