摘要
目的:了解基于案例讨论式翻转课堂教学模式在预防医学教学中的应用效果。方法:采用整群抽样的方法,选取本校2019级农村医学专业两个班级的学生作为研究对象,分为实验组和对照组,对照组用传统教学法,实验组运用案例讨论式翻转课堂教学法,比较两组学生成绩及满意率问卷是否有统计学差异。结果:实验组综合成绩(81.52±5.75)高于对照组综合成绩。结论:案例讨论式翻转课堂教学有助于提升预防医学教学效果。
Objective:to understand the application effect of flipped classroom teaching mode based on case discussion in preventive medicine teaching.Methods:cluster sampling method was used to select two classes of students majoring in rural medicine of grade 2019 in our university as the research objects,and they were divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group used the traditional teaching method,and the experimental group used the flipped classroom teaching method of case discussion.The achievement and satisfaction rate questionnaire of the two groups were compared.Results:the comprehensive score of the experimental group was(81.52±5.75)higher than the control group.Conclusion:case discussion flipped classroom teaching is helpful to improve the teaching effect of preventive medicine.
