Fe_(2)O_(3)复合材料在光催化领域的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 Fe_(2)O_(3)具有光响应范围宽、环境友好、成本低、易回收等优点,是一种理想的可见光催化剂。然而单一的Fe_(2)O_(3)光生电子-空穴扩散长度短、复合率高,无法满足应用要求。文章从Fe_(2)O_(3)复合材料入手,从构建异质结构、Z-Scheme光催化体系、光催化-Fenton体系三个方面阐述了目前Fe_(2)O_(3)复合材料的研究进展,并对Fe_(2)O_(3)复合材料在光催化领域的前景和挑战进行了展望。 Fe_(2)O_(3)semiconductor is an ideal visible light photocatalyst with the advantages of widerange light response,environmental friendliness,low cost and easy recovery However,its application in practiceis limited due to its short diffusion length of photogenerated charge carriers and high carrier recombination.In this paper,the recent development of Fe_(2)O_(3)composites in the field of photocatalysis was summarized from three aspects:the construction of heterostructure,Z-scheme photocatalytic system,and photocatalytic Fenton system.Finally,the prospects and challenges of Fe_(2)O_(3)composites in the field of photocatalysis were suggested.
