放顶煤工作面上端头支护辅助设备的设计与应用

摘要 介绍了某煤矿巷道过渡支架+支护辅助设备(加高装置)的新型支护方式,设备结构简单,可操作性强,替代了原工作面端头支护采用传统的“十字”梁或“一字”梁配合单体液压支柱的密集支护方法,实现了机械化支护端头巷道顶板,提高了安全系数和工作效率。摒弃了传统的人工卧底运煤来回收机尾三角煤的方式,采用煤机割煤,滚筒自旋装煤的方式卧底,使工作面割煤的范围延伸到运料巷,解决了运料巷底煤及机尾三角煤的丢失问题,提高了煤炭回收率。 A new support mode of transition support and supporting auxiliary equipment(heightening device)in a coal mine roadway was introduced.The equipment has a simple structure and strong operability.Instead of the traditional intensive support method of the cross beam or straight beam combined with a single hydraulic prop,the mechanized support method of upper-end roadway roof was realized,and the safety factor and working efficiency were improved.The traditional way of manual undercover coal transportation to recover the tail triangle coal was abandoned,coal machine cutting,roller spinning coal loading mode undercover,so that the scope of coal cutting in the working face extended to the conveying roadway,which could solve the problem of loss of bottom coal and tail triangle coal of conveying roadway,and improve the coal recovery rate.
