摘要
基于传统造价管理模式信息共享困难等问题,研究将BIM技术应用于工程全生命周期造价管理中。以管桁架装配式钢屋盖为例,首先分析装配式钢结构工程Tekla3D建模难点,然后基于Tekla3D模型研究如何结合其他BIM技术在工程全生命周期各个阶段进行造价管理应用,结果表明Tekla具有强大的3D可视化功能,可实现装配式钢结构的3D建模,结合其他BIM技术可在决策、设计、施工、竣工、运维、拆除等各个阶段进行全生命周期数据的提取及信息共享,从而实现全生命周期造价管理应用,总结探讨BIM技术在装配式钢结构工程全生命周期管理的应用及趋势。
Based on the difficulty of information sharing in the traditional cost management mode,BIM Technology is applied to the project life cycle cost management.Taking the fabricated steel roof of pipe truss as an example,this paper first analyzes the difficulties of Tekla 3D modeling of fabricated steel structure engineering,and then based on Tekla 3D,studies how to combine with other BIM technologies to carry out cost management application in each stage of the whole life cycle of the project.The results show that Tekla has powerful 3D visualization function,which can realize the 3D modeling of fabricated steel structure.Combined with other BIM technologies,Tekla can extract and share the whole life cycle data in decision-making,design,construction,completion,operation and maintenance,demolition and other stages,so as to realize the application of whole life cycle cost management.This paper summarizes and discusses the application and trend of BIM Technology in the whole life cycle management of fabricated steel structure engineering.
