摘要
数控车削二次曲线(椭圆、双曲线和抛物线)回转体零件一般采用宏程序来进行编程,但宏程序构造复杂、逻辑性强且对编程人员要求高。本文建立了该类零件宏程序统一模型,并基于VB软件开发了一个智能平台,仅改变关键参数,便可获得3种二次曲线回转体零件的宏程序。该方法简单有效,并在实践中得到了验证。
Generally, the macro program is used in NC turning conic revolving workpieces, such as elliptic, hyperbolic and parabolic.Nevertheless, the structure of the macro program is complex and highly logical, which requires a high level of programmers to master them.In the early stage of this project, a new unified model of the macro program for these special-shaped parts has already been built.Then on this basis and based on VB,an intelligent platform is developed.In the platform, the macro programs of three kinds of conic revolving parts can be obtained by only changing the key parameters.This method is simple and effective, and has been verified in the practice.
