摘要
目的探讨鼻咽癌组织中葡萄糖转运蛋白1(GLUT-1)、血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)表达与肿瘤发生发展及微血管密度(MVD)的关系。方法选取80例鼻咽癌组织标本(鼻咽癌组)、40例正常鼻炎黏膜组织(对照组),采用免疫组化染色检测GLUT-1、VEGF、MVD,并分析GLUT-1、VEGF与鼻咽癌临床分期、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、病灶大小的关系;分析不同GLUT-1、VEGF表达中与MVD计数的差异。结果鼻咽癌组织中的GLUT-1蛋白、VEGF蛋白阳性表达率分别为71.25%、62.50%,均显著高于对照组标本中的30.00%、25.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);鼻咽癌组织中GLUT-1蛋白、VEGF蛋白阳性表达率在不同临床分期、不同淋巴结转移组织中比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在不同病灶大小、不同浸润深度的组织中比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);GLUT-1蛋白、VEGF蛋白阳性表达鼻咽癌组织中MVD计数均显著高于阴性表达的鼻咽癌组织,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻咽癌组织中GLUT-1蛋白、VEGF蛋白表达上调,与肿瘤发生发展及微血管形成均具有一定的关系。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of glucose transporter 1(GLUT-1)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and tumorigenesis and microvessel density(MVD)in nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods 80 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissue specimens(nasopharyngeal carcinoma group)and 40 normal rhinitis mucosa tissues(control group)collected by our pathology center were selected.GLUT-1,VEGF,MVD were detected by immunohistochemical staining,and GLUT-was analyzed.1.The relationship between VEGF and clinical stage,depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis and lesion size of nasopharyngeal carcinoma;analysis of the difference between GLUT-1 and VEGF expression and MVD count.Results The positive expression rates of GLUT-1 protein and VEGF protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma were 71.25%and 62.50%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(30.00%,25.00%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of GLUT-1 protein and VEGF protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma was statistically significant in different clinical stages and tissues with different lymph node metastasis(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in different lesion sizes and infiltration depth(P>0.05).The MVD counts of GLUT-1 protein and VEGF protein positively expressed in nasopharyngeal carcinoma were significantly higher than those of negatively expressed nasopharyngeal carcinoma(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of GLUT-1 protein and VEGF protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues is up-regulated,which has a certain relationship with tumor development and microvascular formation.
