钕激光对2型糖尿病合并慢性牙周炎患者糖代谢的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探究钕激光辅助治疗2型糖尿病合并慢性牙周炎患者的疗效。方法:选取60例2型糖尿病合并牙周炎患者,随机分为试验组和对照组(n=30)。对照组仅行牙周基础治疗,试验组在对照组基础上辅助钕激光照射。对比两组治疗前后牙周临床指标、治疗后VAS评分和牙龈组织恢复时间、空腹血糖(FPG)和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)的变化。结果:治疗后12周,试验组牙周临床指标、牙龈组织恢复时间、FPG和HbA1c水平都较对照组有显著性降低(P<0.05),VAS评分在试验组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:钕激光辅助牙周基础治疗可以显著改善2型糖尿病合并慢性牙周炎患者牙周状况及血糖水平。 Objective:To study the effects of Nd∶YAG laser assisted therapy on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and chronic periodontitis(CP).Methods:60 patients with T2DM and CP were randomly divided into experimental and control groups(n=30).The subjects in control group received periodontal basic therapy only,those in experimental group received Nd∶YAG laser treatment immediately after periodontal basic therapy.The periodontal clinical index,VAS score,gingival soft tissue healing time and fasting plasma glucose(FPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)changes were measured and compared between the 2 groups.Results:12 weeks after treatment,periodontal clinical index,gingival soft tissue healing time,FPG and HbA1c in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),VAS scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nd∶YAG laser assisted periodontal basic treatment can significantly improve the periodontal condition and blood glucose level,it can be used as a minimally invasive therapy in clinic.
