摘要
探讨了一种由混合C4生产异辛烷的技术,该技术包括在叠合反应器中对异丁烯进行选择性叠合反应,再将反应产物送入异辛烯分离塔进行分离,得到异辛烯油和剩余C4产品等过程。异辛烯油在加氢反应器中进行加氢饱和反应,反应产物在异辛烷分离塔分离获得异辛烷和重烷烃油,异辛烷又可分为用作叠合原料烯烃稀释剂的循环异辛烷、用作叠合反应器冷油的冷异辛烷油和异辛烷产品,重烷烃油又可分为用作加氢原料烯烃稀释剂的循环重烷烃油、用作加氢反应器冷油的冷重烷烃油和重烷烃油产品。采用水与异丁烯水合生成的TBA作叠合反应的阻聚剂,阻聚剂在加氢反应器内又被加氢裂解为水和异丁烷。本技术将异丁烯叠合和异辛烯加氢有效地结合为一个整体,可减少三聚物、四聚物等副产物的生成量,可取消阻聚剂回收所需的复杂流程,可避免产品终馏点温度过高,且具有操作灵活、设备和操作费用低、流程简单的特点。
A new technology for isooctane production from mixed C4 is discussed.This technology includes the selective polymerization of isobutene in a polymerization reactor and the separation of the reaction products in an isooctene separation tower to obtain isooctene oil and residual C4 products.The isooctane oil is saturated by hydrogenation in the hydrogenation reactor,and the reaction products are separated in the isooctane separation tower to obtain isooctane and heavy paraffin oil.The isooctane can be further divided into the circulating isooctane used as olefin thinner of polymerization raw material,the cold isooctane oil used as cold oil for polymerization reactor and the isooctane products.The heavy paraffin oil can be divided into the circulating heavy paraffin oil used as olefin thinner of hydrogenation raw material,the cold heavy paraffin oil used as cold oil for hydrogenation reactor and the heavy paraffin oil products.TBA formed by the hydration of water and isobutene is used as the polymerization inhibitor for polymerization reaction,and the polymerization inhibitor is hydrocracked into water and isobutane in the hydrogenation reactor.This technology effectively combines isobutene polymerization and isooctene hydrogenation into a whole.It can reduce the amount of trimer,tetramer and other by-products,eliminate the complex process required for the recovery of polymerization inhibitor,and avoid the over high final boiling point of products.It has the characteristics of flexible operation,low equipment and operation cost and simple process flow.
