摘要 通过振动试验对英寸继电器的振动失效模式及薄弱环节进行分析,建立基于Ansys的抗振动有限元模型,进行模态分析验证及关键部分的响应力分析。结合减振设计基本思路与振动激励传递路径分析,对继电器进行了减振设计,并通过仿真分析验证了减振设计对提高继电器抗振性能效果显著。 The vibration failure mode and weak links of the inch relay through vibration test were analyzed.An Ansys-based anti-vibration finite element model was established to perform modal analysis verification and key part response force analysis.Combined the basic ideas of anti-vibration design and transfer path analysis of vibrational excitation,the anti-vibration design of the relay was given out.It is verified that the anti-vibration design has a significant effect on improving the anti-vibration performance of the relay through simulation analysis and testing.
