摘要
呼伦贝尔山金矿业辖属三河矿区矿脉形态多变,岩体稳固性差,原有平底结构浅孔留矿法开采极薄矿体极易造成采场贫化率高、损失率大等问题。针对高品位急倾斜极薄矿体的开采特点,矿山决定变革采矿工艺采用电耙削壁充填法,结合钢筋混凝土人工假底替换矿房顶底柱,以此提高矿石回收率并降低生产成本,本设计可对具有类似条件的中小型矿山提供若干点借鉴意义。
Sanhe mining area,which belongs to Shandong Gold Mining Industry in HulunBuir,is characterized by variable vein shape and poor rock stability.The original shallow hole ore-retaining method with flat bottom structure can easily cause problems such as high dilution rate and high loss rate of stope.In view of the mining characteristics of high grade steeply inclined extremely thin ore body,the mine decided to change the mining technology and adopt the electric rake wall cutting filling method,combined with the artificial reinforced concrete bottom to replace the roof and bottom pillar of the mine,to improve the ore recovery and reduce the production cost.This design can provide some references for the small and medium-sized mines with similar conditions.
