摘要
高职院校"产学研用服"五位一体人才培养模式是对高职教育"产教融合"内涵和外延的丰富与拓展。"生产、教学、研究、应用、服务"各要素协同作用,共同打造复合型技术技能人才,有效实现专业人才培养目标。分析了高职院校会展专业教育的基本情况,深入探讨"产学研用服"五位一体人才培养模式内涵,从优化培养目标、构建创新机制、搭建实践教学平台、构建"双师型"教师培训体系、制订人才培养管理和评估制度五个方面提出人才培养模式的构建策略。
The five-in-one talent training mode of exhibition planning and management major in higher vocational colleges enriches and expands the connotation and extension of the integration of industry and education in national higher vocational education.Industry,college,research,application and service all work together to create multi-skilled technical personnel,realize the talent training goal of exhibition planning and management.The basic situation of the professional education of exhibition in colleges and universities is analyzed in this paper.Connotation and construction strategy of“five-in-one”talent training model are discussed in depth,including optimizing training objectives,setting up innovation mechanism,building a practical teaching platform,constructing the training system of double-qualified teachers,formulating a personnel training management and evaluation system.
