摘要
国有企业是中国特色社会主义的重要物质基础和政治基础,做好新时代国有企业员工绩效考核工作具有重要意义。绩效考核工作是发掘企业人力资源价值的重要手段,是企业管理层进行人力资源决策的重要依据。立足国有企业员工绩效考核工作现状,分析存在的困难和短板,提出具体措施和对策建议,可以推动国有企业员工绩效考核工作水平提升,为履行好"三大责任"提供更加稳定的人才支撑。
State-owned enterprises are an important material and political foundation of socialism with Chinese characteristics,so it is critical to accomplish the performance assessment of employees in state-owned enterprises in the new era.Performance assessment is an important means to explore the value of human resources,and it is an important basis for decision-making of human resources.On the basis of the present situation of the performance assessment of the employees for state-owned enterprises,analyzing the existing difficulties and weak links and putting forward specific measures and strategies,we can boost the promotion of the performance assessment level of the employees of state-owned enterprises and provide more stable talent support for the implementation of the"three major responsibilities".
