摘要 针对双线变单线首孔箱梁架设施工难点展开分析,内容包括重量分配问题、安装步骤烦琐、设备使用量多、环境复杂性高等,通过研究设备的合理选择、装运梁作业过程、架桥机过孔要点、箱梁架设要点、变跨施工要点、砂浆灌注施工、连续梁受力检算、安装质量验收等内容,其目的在于提高施工技术的应用效果,加快高速铁路工程的施工速度。 Analyze the construction difficulties of the first-hole box girder erection for double track to single track,including weight distribution problems,cumbersome installation steps,heavy equipment usage,high environmental complexity,etc.,through research on the reasonable selection of equipment,the process of loading and transporting beams,key points of the bridge erecting machine through holes the key points of box girder erection,variable span construction key points,mortar pouring construction,continuous beam force check calculation,installation quality acceptance,etc.The purpose is to improve the application effect of construction technology and speed up the construction speed of high-speed railway projects.
