摘要
0.500 0 g黑参样品用5 mL正己烷于40℃超声提取0.5 h,提取液用分子印迹固相萃取柱净化,净化液以Agilent TC-C_(18)色谱柱为固定相,以88% (体积分数)乙腈溶液为流动相进行分离,采用反相高效液相色谱-荧光法测定。在优化的试验条件下,苯并芘的质量浓度在0.50~20.0μg·L^(-1)内与其峰面积呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为0.20μg·kg^(-1)。按标准加入法进行回收试验,回收率为92.8%~97.5%,相对标准偏差(n=6)均小于2.5%。
The sample of black ginseng(0.500 0 g) was extracted ultrasonically for 0.5 h at 40℃ with 5 mL of n-hexane.The extract was purified by molccularly imprinted solid phase extraction column,and then determined by reversed phase HPLC with fluorescence detector,using Agilent TC-C_(18) column as stationary phase and 80%(φ)acetonitrile solution as mobile phase for elution.Under the optimized test conditions,linearity relationship between values of peak area and mass concentration of benzopyrene was found in the range of 0.5-20.0 μg·L^(-1),with detection limit(3 S/N) of 0.20 μg·kg^(-1).Test for recovery was made by standard addition method,giving values of recovery in the range of 92.8%-97.5% and RSDs(n=6) of the determined values all less than 2.5%.
