摘要
文章在阐明纳氏试剂分光光度法检测原理后,对水样进行了测定,并对不同的影响因素做了有关的实验处理和结果比较,以期尽可能地消除外在因素对实验结果的影响。
After expounding the detection principle of Nessler's reagent spectrophotometry,the water sample was determined,and the related experimental treatment and result comparison of different influencing factors were made,so as to eliminate the influence of external factors on the experimental results as far as possible.
