摘要
氢同位素气体中He、O_(2)、N_(2)、CH_(4)、CO、CO_(2)及H_(2)O等微量杂质气体的检测分析是聚变能源氘氚燃料循环过程中的重要环节,文章介绍了一种用于在线分析氢同位素气体中微量气体组分分析的P_(2)O_(5)水分仪-气相色谱仪联用方法。通过P_(2)O_(5)水分仪、气相色谱仪联用,采用真空进样系统取(进)样进行分析,可定量分析负压含氚气体组分,该方法在分析负压、小体积微量气体组分有较好的前景。
Detection and analysis of trace impurity gases such as He,O_(2),N_(2),CH_(4),CO,CO_(2) and H_(2)O in hydrogen isotope gases is an important link in the process of fusion energy deuterium tritium fuel cycle.This paper introduces a method of P_(2)O_(5) moisture analyzergas chromatograph for on-line analysis of trace gas components in hydrogen isotope gases.Through the combination of P_(2)O_(5) moisture analyzer and gas chromatograph,the negative pressure tritium containing gas components can be quantitatively analyzed by vacuum sampling system.This method has a good prospect in analyzing negative pressure and small volume trace gas components.
