玛咖-人参水煎液对小鼠免疫功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨玛咖-人参水煎液对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:通过碳廓清试验、小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞试验、绵羊红细胞诱导的小鼠迟发型变态反应试验、ConA诱导的小鼠淋巴细胞转化试验(MTT法)、Jerne改良玻片法测定抗体生成细胞数试验、小鼠血清溶血素的测定,研究玛咖-人参水煎液对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果:与空白组比较,玛咖-人参水煎液低、中、高剂量组均可明显提高小鼠吞噬指数(P<0.05或P<0.01),玛咖-人参水煎液低、中、高剂量组均可明显提高小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞吞噬率(P<0.05或P<0.01)和吞噬指数(P<0.01),玛咖-人参水煎液中、高剂量组可明显提高小鼠足趾肿胀度(P<0.05),玛咖-人参水煎液高剂量组可明显提高小鼠溶血空斑数(P<0.01)。结论:玛咖-人参水煎液能提高小鼠单核-巨噬细胞功能、细胞免疫功能和体液免疫功能。 Objective:To investigate the effects of Maka Renshend Decoction on immune function of mice.Methods:Antibody production was measured by carbon clearance test,mouse peritoneal macrophage phagocytic chicken red blood cell test,sheep red blood cell-induced delayed-type allergy test in mice,ConA-induced mouse lymphocyte transformation test(MTT method),and Jerne modified slide method Cell number test,determination of mouse serum hemolysin,and the effect of Maka Renshen Decoction on the immune function.Results:Compared with the blank control group,the low,middle and high dose Maka Renshen Decoction groups could significantly increase the phagocytic index of mice(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The low,medium and high dose groups of Maka Renshen Decoction can significantly increase the phagocytosis rate of mouse macrophages and chicken red blood cells(P<0.05 or P<0.01)and phagocytic index(P<0.01).The medium and high-dose groups of Maka Renshen Decoction can significantly increase the swelling of the toes of mice(P<0.05),and the high-dose group of Maka Renshen Decoction can obviously increase the number of hemolytic plaques in mice(P<0.01).Conclusion:Maka Renshen Decoction can improve the function of monocyte-macrophage,cellular immunity and humoral immunity in mice.
