摘要 目前计量检测机构在开展设备检测普遍采用人工方式收发设备,单台离散式检测,存在速度慢、工作繁杂,无法对同类产品的性能进行比对,难以有效发现仪器设备性能劣化趋势等问题。针对上述问题,本文开展仪器设备送检结果分析模型研究,在该模型的基础上采用射频识别技术,结合计算机网络技术,开发仪器设备送检全周期应用系统。通过该系统,一是提高检测工作效率、减少人为差错,二是分析仪器设备性能变化趋势,实现仪器设备品类优化。 Measurement and testing institutions face multiple problems in the process of equipment testing.Among them are the low testing efficiency,complicated work,difficulty in identifying the trend of performance degradation due to lack of comparison with similar products,which arise from the widespread practice of manual check-in/check-out of equipment and testing of a single piece of equipment.In response to the problems mentioned above,research on an analysis model of instruments and equipment inspection results is conducted in this paper.A full cycle application system for instruments and equipment inspection is developed by combing the model with radio frequency identification technology and computer network technology.The system not only improves the efficiency of detection and reduces human errors,but also predicts the trend of performance change and optimizes categories of instruments and equipment.
