摘要
随着人口老龄化的加剧,老年性抑郁症已成为社会重大公共卫生问题。目前老年性抑郁症的抗抑郁治疗缓解率较低,效果难以令人满意。因此,任何能够提高抗抑郁疗效的安全可行的措施都会给老年性抑郁症管理带来很大帮助。为了给老年性抑郁症治疗临床管理提供参考,对体育锻炼影响老年性抑郁症患者治疗的研究进行了综述,许多研究表明,体育锻炼可以作为传统抗抑郁药治疗抑郁症的一种辅助手段,既能降低复发风险,又能增强抑郁症患者药物治疗的信心,促进对不良反应的管理。
With the exacerbation of population ageing,late-life depression has already become the great public problem.Available antidepressant therapies currently provide unsatisfactory results with low remission.Therefore,any viable and safe strategy that can improve the efficacy of antidepressant drugs clinical management of late-life depression,the effects of physical exercise on late-life depression treatment is reviewed in this paper.Many researches indicate that physical exercise as an add-on strategy to the traditional treatment of depression is able to reduce the relapse risk,increase patients’confidence in pharmacological treatment and promote the management of side effects.
