摘要
马尔尼菲篮状菌(TM)感染已经发展成为艾滋病患者常见的机会性感染之一,尤其在中国的南方地区普遍流行,其发病率及病死率均较高。本文简要概述了近年来艾滋病人群合并TM感染的主要流行病学、致病机制、临床症状、诊断、治疗以及预后等问题。
One of the common opportunistic infections of patients with AIDS is Talaromyces marneffei(TM),especially prevalent in the south of China,with high morbidity and mortality.This is a brief overview about the recent advances in the epidemiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of TM infection in AIDS patients.
