摘要
目的调查高原部队疗养员健康状况,为制定高原部队疗养保健措施及疾病防治策略提供依据。方法针对2019年12月至2020年1月在大连康复疗养中心康复训练科住院的30例高原部队软组织伤病疗养员进行全面健康体检,采用四维疗法(手法、针法、药物、身心调理法)、自然疗养因子、保健知识宣教等手段,进行疾病矫治和预防保健。结果发现5例尿酸(UA)增高、5例促甲状腺激素(TSH)增高、21例血红蛋白(Hb)增多、19例直接胆红素(DBIL)增高、11例存在睡眠问题。经过1个月康复疗养,软组织伤病治愈率90%,睡眠状况改善,Hb及胆红素水平下降,疗养前后两组数据比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),疗养满意度达到98%。结论高原官兵身体健康状况欠佳,康复疗养中心应制定针对性的康复疗养保健方案,尽早采取疾病防治措施,做到早预防、早发现、早诊断、早治疗,为维护和提高高原部队战斗力提供有力保障。
Objective To investigate the health condition of convalescents of plateau troops,so as to provide evidence for health care and disease prevention strategies.Methods A comprehensive physical examination was conducted for 30 convalescents from plateau troops with soft tissue injuries who were hospitalized in the Rehabilitation Training Department of Dalian Rehabilitation and Recuperation Center from December 2019 to January 2020.Four-dimensional therapy(manipulation,acupuncture,medicine,physical and mental conditioning method),natural convalescent factors,health knowledge publicity and other means were adopted for disease correction and preventive health care.Results There were 5 cases of elevated uric acid(UA),5 cases of elevated thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH),21 cases of increased hemoglobin(Hb),19 cases of increased direct bilirubin(DBIL),and 11 cases of sleep problems.After 1 month of rehabilitation,the recovery rate of soft tissue injuries was 90%,the sleep condition was improved,the Hb and bilirubin levels were decreased,and the difference between the two groups before and after rehabilitation was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the satisfaction degree of recuperation reached 98%.Conclusion As the officers and soldiers on the plateau are in poor health,the rehabilitation and recuperation centers should formulate targeted rehabilitation and recuperation and health care programs,and take disease prevention and treatment measures as early as possible to ensure early prevention,early detection,early diagnosis and early treatment,so as to provide a strong guarantee for maintaining and improving the combat effectiveness of the troops on the plateau.
